This machine has been made for sanding the edges / sides of all kind of pieces as kitchen doors, inner doors, mouldings, etc.

Either in raw, varnished painted wood.

This machine is provided with four sanding groups, two in each side, in this way we can sand both edges at the same time.

As we are manufactures of sanding brushes from more of 42 years, we can make the suitable brush for your work.

The pieces pass through the machine on a dragging belt.

This dragging belt and the sanding groups could be drawn up or moved away, in order you can sand pieces of different sizes (dragging belt) or you can obtain a different finish (sanding brushes).

All these functions are done from the electric control panel.

The motions of the dragging belt and the sanding brushes are independent one respect the other.

As we can open and close the dragging belt, we can sand pieces from 100 mm. to 900 mm.

In this way we can sand all kind of pieces.

The speed of working can be adjusted from 4 to 30 metres / minute.
