This is the new model of the old and successfull sanding machine for moulding R3, with a new design but keeping the quality of our products (RESINFER is a company certified by the International Quality System ISO 9002).

With this model you can sand the 3 sides of the mouldings at the same time, due the machine is provided with:

Two sanding groups on the top, that go up & down and tilt in order you could sand pieces with different type of moulding.
One sanding group in each side that can be put near or moved away from the moulding in order to get the suitable finish.

The above-mentioned motions are done from the electric control panel. This machine can be adjusted from the electric control panel in order we could work in two ways:

With manual pressure
With continuos and automatic pressure

Teh pieces pass over the machine on a dragging belt, which speed of working can be adjusted from 4 to 25 meters/minute.

We can sand pieces which wide was from 5 mm. to 160 mm. The maximun high of the pieces is 80 mm. this measures is taken having as reference one brush of diameter 200 mm.

The machine includes pressure wheels;adjusting these wheels we could sand small pieces.

Each sanding group is covered with dust-protections, in this way you could connect a dust extraction machine up and remove the sand.
